Desert Landscape = Low Maintenance and Low Water Usage

Street Parking

Home owners are responsible for their guests parking fines.

Parking in the Red Zone is an instant safety violation that will result in a $100 fine. 

Overnight street parking for home owners is not allowed in the Naples Community. 

Street parking for guests is allowed for short time periods.  Home owners should inform the Naples home owners association (HOA) at RMI when guests will be parking their vehicles overnight on the street.

All home owners vehicles are required to be registered with the Naples home owners' association.  

Garages

Garage doors are to be closed when not in immediate use.  Keeping garage doors closed reduces crime in our community.

Home owners must make room for one vehicle in their Garage.

Yard Care and Maintenance 

A brown lawn is a violation.  Brown spots are a violation.  Uncut grass is a violation.  Leaves and debris in yard is a violation.  Weeds anywhere on property is a violation.

Over watering damages walls and wastes water.  Excessive watering will result in a violation. 

Pets

Please keep your pets from disturbing the neighborhood.  Excessive barking will result in a violation. 

Failure to dispose of your pets waste properly is a violation.  Please be considerate of your neighbors and community and clean up after your pets.  Your backyard is included in this.    

Architectural Approval 

 

Before you can make any changes to your property a architectural approval form must be submitted to the HOA.  Failure to do so can result can result in fines and court proceedings.  Forms can be retrieved here.

Motor Vehicles

Unlicensed motor vehicles (ie. Dirtbikes, quads, all terrain vehicles) are not to be driven in the community.

Please keep your speed under 15 MPH in the community. 

Violations are dealt with as follows:

First Violation is a letter with a warning and direction to fix the violation within a 14 day period. 

Failure to address the violation after 14 days will result in a $50 fine.   Violations can and will be fined $50 every seven days until corrective action is taken.

A second violation of the same nature within a year of the first violation will result in an automatic fine of $50 and will be fined continually every 7 days until corrective action is taken. 

Home Owners are responsible for tenant actions. 

Any violation deemed a health and safety violation by the board will result in a $100 fine.
